Using Leadlist

Beta access

Leadlist is currently invite-only and pre-beta. Access is granted at our discretion, may change without notice, and the product may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

Your account and the lead lists it generates are for your own use in identifying and pursuing consulting opportunities. You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the company or signal data surfaced by the product, or share your account credentials with anyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. Sign-in is invite-only; we may revoke access for misuse of the service.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-beta period, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any company or signal data, score, or explanation the product generates.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, including during this invite-only beta, for violation of these terms or of the acceptable-use section above.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been finalized and will be added once this document is out of draft.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date once these terms are out of draft.
